My order showed up about right, and everything was correct. No missing items or anything, so I’m happy with it

I wasn’t expecting much from a quick burger order, but this was actually really good. The burger came hot, the patty was juicy, the bun was soft, and the veggies had a nice crisp bite. it tasted fresher than I expected, and I had no complaints

I don’t care what anyone says, the burger was really tasty. It tasted fresh, was juicy, and the sauces actually had good flavor instead of just being there. The fries were solid too. this is one of the better burger spots I’ve tried

I usually stick with my go-to place, so I wasn’t expecting to be swayed, but this spot was really nice. It had a cozy vibe, and the table was clean when I sat down, which I always appreciate. I still feel loyal to my usual place, but I’d definitely come back here.

I was already feeling mentally drained, so the wait felt longer than I would've liked. The food did eventually come out though, and it was okay overall

I’ve ordered from myburgerlab.com a few times now, and overall, I’d say the burgers are genuinely good. They’re not exactly the cheapest option out there, but the portions are decent, and when the food shows up hot, it does feel like money well spent.

That said, I do think some of the sets could be priced a little better, especially once delivery fees get added on. Still, the taste and quality are strong enough that I don’t really feel ripped off. For the price, I’d say it’s fair value and worth about 4 stars

Dropped by myburgerlab the staff were friendly enough, so it wasn’t like a bad vibe or anything. But the service felt kind of slow, which was weird because it didn’t seem that crowded at the time. I had an issue with my order and was sort of standing there waiting for someone to notice, and you know that awkward moment where you’re not sure if you should wave or just keep waiting? Yeah, that.

They did sort it out eventually, so I can’t really complain too much. The food was fine and the people were nice, but the whole thing just felt a bit average overall. Maybe they were distracted or short-staffed, who knows. Just hope they’re a little more alert next time.
